Pinmar S.A. are pleased to announce the completion of a management buyout of Pinmar with the financial support of The Ferretti Group.
The management team is led by Remy Millott who has been with Pinmar for seven years and general manager for the past two years.
Remy will now become the new Managing Director of Pinmar.
Peter Allan, who founded the company in 1974, remains a shareholder and stays on the board as Non-Executive Chairman.
The rest of the management team, who will all be shareholders and who have a combined total of 60 years´ service with the company, is as follows:

Nick Entwisle: Company Secretary
Peter Brown: General Manager - Contracts Division
Jose Ignacio Mora: General Manager - Sales Division
AJ Dando: Manager Overseas Projects
