Letter via the editor.
As most of you know, Dave passed away in Son Llatzer Hospital on Wednesday 3rd May after a prolonged illness. He had been ill for the past 18 months on and off and he had been in the hospital for a 3 month period this time around.
This is just to say "Thank You" to absolutely everyone who has been there for me over the past 18 months. The support I have received from friends here and abroad has been phenomenal and I am grateful to everyone. There are really too many people to mention by name but I couldnŽt have got through all this without you all.
There is now going to be a huge gap in my life but with all my friends around me I know IŽll be okay.
